Revises or drafts new policies and procedures as needed

Identify and evaluate the company’s current privacy policy and evaluates the privacy policy in light of state and federal regulations and HIPAA guidelines.

Oversee and monitor the success of the privacy policies and procedures in each department. When necessary, revise the program to comply with any changes in the regulations, law, professional ethics and other accreditation requirements. Submit and monitor complaints regarding the organization’s privacy policies and any violations committed by employees.
