Manage investigation and resolution of all privacy inquiries, complaints, and incidents ensuring appropriate escalation and reporting of issues to senior management.

  • Recognize complaints related to data protection issues.
  • Handle simple complaints and report their resolution to the Privacy Office; and
  • Escalate serious complaints to the senior management where appropriate.
