Hospital CIOs on Data Security and Clinical Mobility
Over the past 20 years, the avenues for sharing protected health information (PHI) have multiplied, and data breaches have become much too commonplace. At Spok, we wanted to understand more about how pressing the data security concern is for IT executives. We designed a survey for Chief Information Officers (CIOs), and it was administered by CHIME in March 2017. More than 100 CIOs took the survey, and here are their responses:
