Assessment

  • Provide responses to the questions by entering relevant answers as requested.
  • For each question either choose a value from the drop-down menu provided, or use the text area to enter descriptive text.
  • To save the filled data, click on the Save button. This will save the responses added so far, and it will be available when it is accessed the next time.
  • To clear unsaved data and refresh the page to the last saved state, click on Cancel button.
  • To submit the response for review, click on Submit button.
  • A confirmation will be asked to verify whether the user submitting the response is the Point of Contact. Clicking on Yes will submit the response and the form will be  and no further edits will be possible.
  • Clicking on Cancel will show another confirmation to verify whether the user is an authorized personnel to do the final submission.
  • Click on Yes to submit for review. Click Cancel if you are not authorized to submit the response.
  • To attach files to the assessment click on “Attach Files” button on the top left side.  Files are first attached to the questionnaire. And later, one of these files can be linked with a particular question when that question’s response calls for a file to be attached.
  • To add comments click on “Comments”. This feature is available both for analysts and assessee
  • To initiate group email communication about the assessment with other analysts or assesses, click “Ask Question” button.
  • To view the list of emails used for the communication, click on the “Assessment Conversation” button. It will display the list of emails. Select any one of the emails to see its content.
  • To reply to an email, click on “Reply” button. The mail will be opened in the default mail client available in the user’s system.
